Insurance & Billing

Our billing services are provided by the Medical Practices Division billing office. Please call them at 406-237-5850 or toll-free at 866-426-7585 for questions regarding your bill or payment.

Insurance Filing
We will send clinic charges directly to your insurance company. Charges not paid by your insurance company will then be billed to you.

Copayments
If your health insurance plan requires you to pay a copayment, that copayment is due when you check in for your appointment. We are able to accept checks and cash.

Payment Plans
If you are unable to pay the full amount of your bill when due, please let us know. We will work with you to arrange a payment plan.
