Support Groups - Inpatient Rehab

Discovery Circle Stroke Survivor Support Group is an open forum for stroke patients, stroke survivors and their families, friends and care givers.

• To share stories of success and challenge related to stroke
• To provide hope and support for all in the recovery process
• Presentations by stroke professionals are announced in advance

Meeting Time/Location
When: The second Thursday of each month
Time: 3:00pm - 4:00pm.
Where: Mansfield Health Education Center, Rooms 1-2 (Note: This location is handicapped accessible)
