The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program is designed to help community hospitals caregivers organize care during the pre-transport stabilization period. This program is not intended to recreate instructional materials but to augment nursery education programs and serve as a straightforward and comprehensive guide for stabilizing a sick infant for transport.
The S.T.A.B.L.E. Cardiac module is a 4 hour program intended to provide only general guidelines for the assessment and stabilization of neonates with suspected congenital heart disease. It is recommended that participants complete the S.T.A.B.L.E. Program Learner Course prior to attending this module.
