Offered in partnership with the Billings Family YMCA, the 12-week LiveStrong program is designed to meet the needs of cancer patients who are making the shift to cancer survivor. Attending a minimum of two classes each week, participants strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve energy levels. For additional information, phone contact the YMCA at 248-1685.

Celebrating Life: Cancer Survivor Program
As you transition from being a cancer patient to being a cancer survivor, you may struggle taking the steps towards returning to the life you had before your diagnosis. You may have physical changes resulting from treatment, or you may be working to deal with some the emotional nature of your experience.

To ensure you receive the support and guidance you need, St. Vincent Healthcare Frontier Cancer Center offers Celebrating Life, a comprehensive survivorship series offering tools and resources to thrive after cancer treatment.

This series covers:

  • Medical Follow-Up and Communication
  • Nutrition
  • Effects of Cancer Treatment
  • Physical Activity
  • Naturopathic Medicine
  • Emotional Health and Wellness

Attending these interactive sessions can help you achieve balance and return to a full, rich and satisfying life. For more information or to register for a class, please contact Patricia Inabnit at or by phoning (406) 238-6961.
