Exercise Classes

Come join an exercise class at our convenient location at 2900 12th Ave. N., Suite 160 W. Parking is easy, and the classes are held in our basement. Dress comfortably, bring a water bottle and a mat if you have one, otherwise, we have all the equipment needed. Call ahead if you have questions or are wondering about the likelihood of a class if it is a holiday, etc. at 237-4580.

Class Schedule
Mondays: Nia at 12:00pm, and a Nia combo class at 5:30pm
Wednesdays: Yoga at 12:00pm
Thursdays: Nia at 12:00pm
Fridays: Pilates at 12:00pm

Class Description
Nia: a cardio workout combining martial arts, dance and yoga. Set to music, Nia is a joyful way to find health and healing!

Yoga: reduce stress and improve strength, balance and flexibility! Yoga enhances alignment throughout the body.

Pilates: work your core muscles with precise movements which focus on stabilization and control. This workout is balanced with added stretching a light hand weights.

Classes are free to weight management patients.
St. Vincent Healthcare employees receive a discounted price: $5/drop-in, $20/5 time pass and $30/10 time pass.
General public: $8/ drop-in, $35/5 class pass, $60/10 time pass.
