Potato Salad

16 oz. unpeeled red potatoes
2 eggs (boil gently and dice)
1 cup celery (hard boiled, peeled and sliced)
1 cup onion (chopped)
1 T. mustard (chopped)
1 tsp. celery seed or dill seed
12 T. non-fat mayonnaise

Six servings: 130 calories

(If you use "light" mayonnaise, it will be 210 calories per cup.)
