20 oz. lean beef (raw weight)
1 T. ketchup
8 oz. low-fat sour cream
1 clove garlic (crushed)
2 oz. wine
6 oz. uncooked noodles
1 cube or 1 tsp. beef bouillon granules
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
Cook noodles. Cut beef into small pieces and cook with remaining ingredients except for the sour cream. Remove the hot beef mixture from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Serve over hot noodles.
Four servings: 400 calories, 30 grams of protein
