16 oz. unpeeled red potatoes (boil gently and dice)2 eggs (hard boiled, peeled and sliced)1 cup celery (chopped)1 cup onion (chopped)1 T. mustard 1 tsp. celery seed or dill seed 12 T. non-fat mayonnaise
